Ate around 9pm. Double cheeseburger meal. Had stomach pain shortly after then nausea. Shortly after I had projectile vomiting and runny diarrhea at the same time. Symptoms lasted for a few days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
