I got a Big Mac from this location last night and woke up this morning feeling nauseous. I ended up racing to my work bathroom and vomiting and having diarrhea not once but twice. When I got home shortly after it happened again and I now have a low grade fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
