Double Quarter Pounder Illness - McDonald's, Cape Charles Virginia

7 years ago reported by user-wqyz6886 business

McDonald's, Lankford Highway, Cape Charles, VA, USA

22492 Lankford Highway, Cape Charles, 23310 Virginia, United States

Stopped at McDonald's at about 12:30 in the afternoon and grabbed a Double Quarter Pounder meal. I hopped in my truck, ate the sandwich and fries and continued my day. At about 2:30, my stomach felt very bloated and started having pain. At 3:30, i was in terrible pain, vomiting and having diarrhea. I laid on the couch with this terrible bloating and stomach pain between running to the bathroom for hours. My wife even took the kids out of the house so i could have some quiet due to the headache. This is not the first time McDonald's has made me feel sick. We will not be eating McDonald's food again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating, Stomach Pain
