That happened yesterday. I took a 280, the taste seemed slightly different, I thought it had changed something in the sauce, or something else. I finished the sandwich anyway.
2 hours later, the first symptoms appeared. Nausea, stomachache, dizziness, ending with vomiting.
Today (so the next day) I still have that unpleasant taste in my mouth, and still a bit of nausea.
