That happened yesterday. I took a 280, the taste seemed slightly different, I thought it had changed something in the sauce, or something else. I finished the sandwich anyway.
2 hours later, the first symptoms appeared. Nausea, stomachache, dizziness, ending with vomiting.

My 9-year-old son, who ate Nuggets, fries, ice tea for lunch, finished the same evening with a very severe stomachache with vomiting and severe diarrhea. It's 2 days, he eats nothing, drinks very little... Thank you for this famous meal  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
