I was hungry one day before work and was like mcdonalds sounds good so I went in about 7 am and ordered two burritos a large coke and a hash brown I consumed it and I left about 20-40 minutes later I was sitting in the shop I work at and started feeling bad so I went home there I had a fever of 108 and got the shits real bad I started puking at the same time so I went to the doctor and he said it was food poisoning. Patties Food Group has issued a recall for its On The Menu Entree products due to a packaging error. The products were sold at Coles, Woolworths, and independent retailers including IGA, and No Waste Australia nationally.

The oven cooking instructions provided are not compatible with the product tray, which may melt if these instructions are followed. Patties Food Group assures that the product is safe to consume if the microwave instructions on the pack are followed.
