I had a macdonalds takeaway delivery and within approx 3 hours I was violently sick a lot of times. The following day I was sleeping most of the day then I had severe diarrhoea all night. I am still really ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
