Had oysters on Saturday 11th February and roughly 36 hours later suffered from terrible diarreah & vomiting. Prior to that had gone to bed with a headache. Body was slightly aching also. So I bought two packs of red grapes around 2 days ago and I ate around 200g on 1st day and about a hour later I had stumach cramp and later in day nausea.... I've also had issues with there poultry where I've bought chicken breast cooked... Damn, that’s like right down the road from me! Lol. Way too close to home, I’d be so disgusted. Definitely gonna stay away from that canned spinach. It almost looks like part of a roach. thanks for reporting this. I can only suggest to be careful with the Simple Meals at the HEB on Fairmont. I got really sick about six months ago from one of those, and that was actually what led me to this website. God speed.

South Island brand Pesto product is being recalled from the marketplace because it may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum. This product is distributed in British Columbia. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.

Symptoms in adults can include facial paralysis or loss of facial expression, unreactive or fixed pupils, difficulty swallowing, drooping eyelids, blurred or double vision, difficulty speaking, including slurred speech, and a change in sound of voice, including hoarseness. Symptoms of foodborne botulism in children can include difficulty swallowing, slurred speech, generalized weakness and paralysis. In all cases, botulism does not cause a fever. In severe cases of illness, people may die.
