Fast Food Illness Strikes - McDonald's, Lehi Utah

Ate it for breakfast at 9:15. Within a few hours was feeling generally week. The entire day I was unable to eat anything else and by the end of the day was experiencing diarrhea. The diarrhea has continued (now 1 a.m. Wednesday. Monday night experienced a heavy bout of chills and shivering that lasted 25 minutes. Since dehydration seems to have set in I am hydrating, but still feeling weak and lethargic, headachey. No fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Fever
