At 3:15pm I went to McDonalds and bought a sausage mcmuffin. Didn't eat anything besides that. Three hours later I'm experiencing severe stomach cramps, hot flashes, diarrhea, and nausea. This has been going on for at least an hour now. While I'm using hhe bathroom I feel so nauseous that I'm afraid I'm going to puke at the same time. I'm definitely not going back to McDonalds for a while. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
