my boyfriend asked for a service water and when the staff served the water to our table it is put on an non presentable cup
he had stool examinations and he's positive in gastrointestinal amebiasis, I don't know yet how many people have reported, I just know that it is from service water since it was the last fluid that my boyfriend consumed | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas
