We ordered our favorite spaghetti, but they ruined it! It was so good as always but then in the middle of eating it, there was a whole body of baby cockroach. I hope next time, the cook makes sure that the cooking materials, ingredients and kitchen station are clean. Please look into this!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I was ordered a food (bicol express and dinuguan) there is a foul smell but due to starving we eat the food but after that i have diarreah which cause me not to attend my duty (work) the food is poisoned!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
