Hot Choco Causes Illness - McDonald's, Valdese North Carolina

bought a small hot choco this morning. finished about half of it, then went to school. thought i just had to fart but that changed to me urgently running to the bathroom and sitting on the toilet with a waterfall coming out from down below. (tmi, i know) i started to get cold sweats and began to feel nauseous and weak. 10-15 minutes later, i finally get out and theres this cramp in my lower stomach that feels like a period cramp, but i know its not. im still nauseous and very very weak.
i could just be lactose intolerant | Symptoms: Diarrhea
