My husband and son ate Big Macs on the drive home from a track meet in Malakoff. My youngest son (9) ate the nuggets and had no problems. My husband threw up within 6 hours of eating it, this continued for 5 hours and diarrhea began during that time, as well. My son(13) was in agony for 13 hours before he began to violently vomit. He is now very weak and dehydrated. They believed the lettuce tasted strange, neither of them finished their food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
