I ordered a triple cheese burger from mcdonalds in the manassas mall and right away I noticed people coughing and sneezing. I brought it up with my sister and we joked about it and about half an hour after eating my burger my stomach started to hurt and I had to use the restroom. I wait till I get home and use the restroom and I'm sitting there with diarrhea for about 25min and then Get off the toilet and realize that I'm not done. Then I lose my appetite and don't feel like eating for the rest of the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
