Double Quarter Pounder Illness - McDonald's, Donaldsonville Louisiana

Ordered and ate Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese Burger in the evening of September 24th, 2024. I noticed a difference in taste but brushed it off and ate the burger. Three-to-Four hours after eating I woke up with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, and acid reflux with nausea stomach issues which continued through the night and following workday. I ended up leaving work for an Urgent Care for the food poisoning where I was treated but ultimately admitted to hospital by Ambulance and later into ICU. I also have packaging, purchase receipt, and bag from Order. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Acid reflux
