Additional information: This was in the afternoon hour between 2pm and 4pm i went through drive through The lady at the drive through made a odd comment about my order being special and healthy as she smiled oddly at me. On July 4th After eating french fries from drive through at McDonalds about 5 hours later had severe diarrhea , nausea , vomiting stomach cramps . Was on the toilet for 5 hours non stop diarreha , vomiting , cramps so bad could not stand up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
