24 hours after eating a McDonalds cheeseburger my 7 year old suddenly became violently I'll. Sudden onset of extreme stomach cramping followed by the most severe vomiting I've ever seen in any of my 5 children. In the space of 4 hours he vomited and dry heaved 7 times, messed his pants with diarrhea twice, was vomiting while having diarrhea at the same time, took a bath and vomited in it, then took 2 more showers to clean off, between bouts of writing in pain and crying on the floor. After 4 hours of this terror he fell into feverish sleep and was lethargic, unable to eat for 3 days. The explosive diarrhea continued for those 3 days. That cheeseburger was the only thing that he ate that was different than everyone else in the 24 hour period, he was the only one who ate at McDonald's. He was the only one who got sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
