Yesterday June 29th My daughter ate a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with a kids fry and apples and apple juice. She’s now sick vomiting, gagging inbetween vomiting episodes, nauseated, and a fever.
I ordered a quarter pounder with just cheese, medium fry, and a coke. I am now vomiting, have diarrhea, and have a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Diarrhea
