17.04.23 Chicken nuggets box of 20, french fries mayo eaten by McD. After about 2 hours, my father had chills, nausea with vomiting, and high heart rate. I was taken to hospital by RTW shortly afterwards, and the paramedics administered a remedy for nausea. A bacterial infection was found there. My father was in hospital for 10 days.
