Fish Filet Illness Report - McDonald's, Virginia Beach Virginia

8 years ago reported by user-ybyq2684 business

McDonald's, N Birdneck Rd, Virginia Beach, VA, USA

404 North Birdneck Road, Virginia Beach, 23451 Virginia, United States

After the Good Friday service on March 30th at my church, I went to the McDonald's on North Birdneck Rd. in Virginia Beach, Virginia at approximately 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, I do not have my receipt. I went home. Within fifteen minutes, I became extremely nauseous. I had explosive diarrhea. Then I had to bend over and vomit in the toilet. This lasted for about five minutes. I was bloated. My stomach was sore. There were pieces of the fish in my vomited material. Excuse the graphic detail. I have always eaten the filets with nary a problem. I shall never eat another one. In fact, I shall only go to MacDonald's now for the $1 drinks and maybe a cookie or two (if they are not burned and hard).
Thank you for the platform. During the past month, 4 MacDonald's have closed. I don't really know why either. They were ones I frequented and I thought they were doing well. I guess not! Thank you for the platform!
