Yesterday at lunch time I ordered a Big Mac burger & a chicken and cheese burger. My boss ordered a Big Mac meal. This is all I ate yesterday.

Got back to work and I didn’t feel right; dizzy, sweating, nausea - left work early. My boss is fine.

Haven’t been able to keep anything down, I also have had a fever since I got home yesterday, shivers and sweats. And really Severe diahorea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dizziness, Sweating
