I had numbing tingling in my fingertips and my lips I had cramps so bad I nearly passed out from the pain I've had diarrhea attacks all my life and this was not that this was very scary I'll never eat Mc donalds again!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
