Me and my coworkers ordered shamrock shakes on a slow day Tuesday (3/3/26), everyone who drank the shamrock shakes got sent home today; I called out, we are all experiencing explosive diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, body aches and fatigue. Started at 7oclock this morning (3/5/26), felt nauseous last night (3/4/26) but wasn't experiencing intense bowel movements. I slept a total of seven hours today due to exhaustion, spent the rest of the day in and out of the bathroom. Nothing seemed too off with the shakes besides the fact that they were watery, the chocolate shakes my other coworkers ordered were completely fine and they aren't experiencing the same sickness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Body Ache
