The only thing I ate all day was McDoanlds 10-piece chicken nuggets. I went to go get food for my boss and I and decided McDonalds was the quickest option. I got the nuggets and stared eating them. They did taste a little different and parts were a little pink but because it was McDoanlds I didn't think anything other than it being super processed. At about 8, the end of my shift, I developed a severe shooting pain in my stomach. It felt like I had to take a number 2 really bad but nothing came out when I tired. I then got home at around 8:30 and immediately had severe diarrhea and started vomiting. This went on for 7 days. I was out of school for 3 days and on the 4th day, which was a Friday, i missed entire class periods because I was vomiting or going to the bathroom so hard. The vomiting and diarrhea lasted 7 days and stopped that next Monday. I still felt very sick and didn't eat a lot of if anything for about 2-weeks. I lost a grand total of 10 pounds | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
