Got McDonald’s at the North 1st Street location in Harrison, Michigan on March 23rd, 2025 at around 10:35 pm. I had 2 double cheeseburgers with only cheese & pickles, and a medium fry.
Flash forward to around 1-2 pm on March 24th, and I’m feeling absolutely god-awful; extreme vertigo, dizziness, acid reflux, stomach pain and cramps, nausea, and puking. It is 9 am, March 25th as I’m typing this, and I still feel absolutely horrible.
