I ate 12 McNuggets with s&s sauce and half a thing of medium fries. Within an hour I had cramping and then diarrhea. I can say it was McDonald's for sure because all the other food I ate yesterday I shared with others who didn't get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
