I bought a sausage McGriddle from McDonald’s around 8am this morning while eating it I started feeling extremely nauseous. Like my stomach was in knots. I ran to the restroom and sat on the toilet as it felt like I want to poop and throw up at the same time but nothing happened right away. A little later I had the worst case of diarrhea and could not stop vomiting. After about 2 hours of this I drank some water and took some Tylenol for the headache and fever. I’ve felt awful all day. The thought of eating anything makes me nauseous. If I’m still feeling this way I will go to the doctor. This is unacceptable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
