Fountain Drink Illness Suspected - McDonald's, Tampa Florida

Stopped last night to grab some food for my kids and a coke for myself from here. By the time we got home 15-20 minutes later I knew something was NOT right. I spent the next 12 hrs sitting on the toilet holding a garbage can under my head. I HAVE NEVER THROWN UP SO MUCH IN MY LIFE! I am assuming that it was from the coke from the time line. I was the only one that got a fountain drink and the only one to get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
