On 7/24/26 ordered sausage mcmuffin. Had to wait 10 minutes. Sandwich was barely warm and tasted "off". Had diarrhea within the hour. Threw the rest of the food away. Later in evening had stomach pain and threw up. 7/25/26 woke up with diarrhea, chills and stomach pain, and nausea and slight headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
