My husband ordered 2 Grand Mac sandwiches with extra Mac sauce on the side on 3/3/17 @ 8:30 pm cst. I ate the sandwich and went to bed. I woke up a couple of hours later with severe stomach cramps. I ended up with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. Still today, Monday 3/6/17, I am having horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea, horrible headache, and barely able to eat more than a few saltine cracker at a time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
