Severe Cramping & Diarrhea - McDonald's, Abilene Texas

Picked up quarter pounder meal & 2 hours later severe stomach cramping & diarrhea with blood. I hadn't ate out in over a week & have only ate cereal at home the last 3 days so i know nothing else got me sick. Chills sweats flushing weakness nauseated almost vomited but I hate vomiting I'll do anything to not vomit. Almost passed out. Laid naked on the bathroom floor thought i was dying it was so bad. The stomach cramping is of the utmost painful I've ever experienced in my life. Wow. 🥵 Just treating the symptoms & hoping it passes soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Sweating
