I went to McDonalds on North Margeret on June 15, 2016 to get a quick lunch I was fine all day then about 9:45 p.m started getting pains, nausea, and diahrea. Felt fine after that. 2:00am I started feeling funny and that's when I vomited. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
