McDonalds attached to the Love’s gas station. Husband ate 2 McDoubles and about an hour later began vomiting. Said he thinks the beef was bad, and that it tasted off but he ate it because he was hungry. It’s been almost 24 hours now and he can’t keep anything down. No food no liquid. This McDonald’s needs to be investigated for quality control, because we are going to have to take him to the hospital soon for an IV if he can’t keep anything down again tonight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache, Gas
