2 of my children ate Quarter Pounders, and both were vomiting all night, with extreme abdominal pain, and diarrhea. About 20 hours later, they are still in a extreme pain, cannot hold anything down, have a fever, and dizziness. If symptoms do not improve we may need to seek medical help. They are the only ones in our family that ate the Quarter Pounders, and nobody else (4 other people) had any symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
