I ate the side salad at about 730 pm. I noticed a strange sensation, smell taste, but assumed it was a type of lettuce that I hadn't had before. About two hours later started just feeling bad. They went downhill and about 2 o'clock in the morning I began vomiting and having severe diarrhea. That's an odd smell taste I experienced again when vomiting. I vomited five or so times before morning. I have been in bed all day long. I still have diarrhea. I have not eaten anything all day long. I feel dizzy and nauseous when I sit or stand for more than a few minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
