My two son's and I went to McDonald's about 5:15 pm today. I got the big Mac meal. My boys got mc chicken's and mc double's with the fries. My oldest started complaining of stomach pain about 10 pm not long after started his diarrhea and vomiting. It is now 3:26 am and all three of us are taking turns in the bathroom with vomiting and diarrhea. This is devastating. I can't send them to school tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
