Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - McDonald's, Angleton Texas

I had a coffee and English muffin for breakfast around 9 am then my stomach started to feel funny around 10 or 11 oddly enough I went back to the same around 2 for lunch thinking it was just the heat outside getting to me so I had 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and cooled off for about an hour. Went back to work and my stomach just got progressively worse and I was feeling like throwing up my head was spinning and I was having a little bit of shortness of breath possibly from me panicking a little bit. By the time I got home I had diarrhea and needed to throw up but i wouldn’t let my self. It’s now 7 am the next morning and I still have diarrhea I’m still nauseous and dizzy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Shortness of Breath
