So I was at downtown yesterday. (November19) my family and I decided we would get McDonald's since it was the only place that wasn't packed. I ordered a buttermilk. Everyone else ordered Mc nuggets . When I got him it was like 10:00 and my stomach was hurting so bad. My friend told me that it'll be better if I try to poop it out. So I tried but it didn't work . As soon as I woke up today I threw up. I had to go to church still so I went . I go to this classroom because I haven't done my confirmation so anyone's I spoke to the teacher and told her that I wasn't feeling so good so she told me to just go out the classroom if anything happens. I ran out like 20 minutes later and stayed in the bathroom for 30-35 minutes . I was vomiting everywhere . I called my mom crying and told her to come pick me up. After this day I'm never buying McDonald's again . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
