OJ Triggered Severe Vomiting - McDonald's, Hagerstown Maryland

I drank a large orange juice from here that gave me food poisoning at 9am. I drank half within 20 minutes and started throwing up. I drank a bottle of water and threw that up. About an hour later drank sprite and threw that up. Threw up about 40 times all because of their orange juice. Was fine up until I drank that orange juice. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
