Fish Sandwich Illness Suspected - McDonald's, Maple Heights Ohio

I ate a filet o fish sandwich immediately after receiving my order at 3:17 pm from the drive thru in the parking lot. I also had a sprite. Within forty minutes I felt flushed and got a severe pain in center of abdomen. About ten minutes later I vomited profusely every bit of the sandwich. Prior to eating this sandwich I felt fine and last ate around 7am at home two hash browns. I felt better after vomiting but did throw up twice more later that day. By the next afternoon my pain and nausea were gone. I was then able to eat without a problem. No diarrhea. unsure if I had a fever when I initially felt flushed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
