Family Sick After McD's Meal - McDonald's, Kansas City Missouri

We ate yesterday afternoon (2/27/20) around noon. 3 out of 4 of our family members got sick. One had a Big Mac and fries, the other 2 had cheeseburgers and fries. The 4th family member did not eat with us during that meal, which is how we pinpointed what made us all sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
