I went to McDonald's late night around 22:30. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with fries. About 20 minutes later when I got home I ate it and soon after went to bed. My stomach was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. Around 04:00 I began to have diarrhea and soon after that I began puking. About 10:00 I got medicine but over 2 hours later the pain hasn't gone away. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
