4/10/2019 ate McDonald’s around 9pm with my two toddlers. They had happy meals a chicken nugget, and cheeseburger meal. And I had 2 McChickens the next day I woke up feeling horrible and tired. Couldn’t do much and lost my appetite. Stayed sick for 3 or 4 days | Symptoms: Diarrhea
