Purchased a fish sandwich from McDonalds at 10:17pm and consumed. Woke up at 4am this morning, nauseated, dizzy, cold sweat, vomiting, ringing in my ears, stomach aching and tightness in my chest. Could not go back to sleep. Been up every since. Going to hospital ER as soon as i can get someone to come take me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain
