I ate McDonald's chicken nuggets on 7/9/2026 between 1-2 pm. Hours later, I began feeling terrible stomach cramps and an alarming urge to use the bathroom immediately. I've had painful abdominal cramps, body aches, and terrible-smelling liquid bowel movements for two days now.
