I got super sick from eating a Big Mac from McDonald’s on Thursday the 17th of May. My husband and son both ate McDonald’s as well but never got sick. I have diarrhea that is watery and will just not go away. Had a fever on Friday of 102.9 and the chills. I know it was from there because that is the only thing that I had eaten in the past 12 hours besides water | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
