Picked up some late night grub during the weekend and ordered a filet o fish sandwich along with 10 piece chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. Consumed the food around 11:30 PM/12 AM. Woke up around 5 AM as my upset stomach woke me during my sleep, and I had diarrhea. The diarrhea episodes then occurred every 30 mins. I then felt nauseous and threw up as soon as I'd run to the potty. This was followed by severe abdominal cramps that occurred around 6AM. The cramps were extremely painful and is what pushed me to go see my doctor. I figured I had some sort of food poisoning and assumed the diarrhea and vomiting would eventually stop but the stomach pains were so excruciating I could no longer bear it. The doctor confirmed it was some

Lab results Had no findings. I was treated for dehydration, nausea and abdominal cramps. The. Next day I felt much better. The diarrhea has subsided and I am no longer
