I ate a menu with a vegetarian wrap and cheddar fries around 7pm, the same evening I started to have a stomachache and the urge to vomit. The next day (today) I had very violent vertigo with hot flashes, trouble breathing, cotton legs, blurred vision, feeling unwell. It hasn't stopped since this morning. | Symptoms: Nausea
