I had a 3 piece chicken select meal with an oasis. I then had a chocolate organge mc flurry and a double chocolate chip cookie. I had this last Wednesday around 7pm. Thursday I felt sick and had slight stomach cramps. Friday I experienced extreme stomach cramps along with feeling sick and having bad diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
